I am very excited to be involved with such an amazing charity like Children's Cancer Institute, and now to be part of this great event - Endure for a Cure, where we ride for 12 hours.

I am relativley new to cycling so I may be nuts :) but its a way I can help raise money for sick children.  With over 625 children being diagnosed with cancer each year, I want to help reduce this number.  I truly believe in the Children's Cancer Institutes statement - Its not if, its when. 

With nearly 3 children dying of cancer each week, how do we put a price on that.  With 3 children of my own, I could only imagine how hard it must be for the children and families.  Please dig extra deep and lets make it better for all children!

I am going to cycle as many kms as I possibly can in 12 hours to help cure childhood cancer! I am going to endure for a cure!

Endure for a Cure is a unique closed-circuit, team endurance cycling challenge to raise money for kids who endure the challenge of cancer treatment.

It won’t be easy, 12 hours in the saddle. But with your support, I can do it!

All proceeds of the event go to Children’s Cancer Institute, the only independent medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to putting an end to childhood cancer. Every year more than 625 Australian children will be diagnosed with cancer. Every week nearly three Australian children will die of cancer.
